Together, they’ll guide actors, directors, and educators through the art of telling bold, physical stories—safely, confidently, and with serious style.

My Story
Sylvie La Riviere is a Vancouver-based Fight Director, certified through Fight Directors Canada.
With well over a decade of experience in stage combat, Sylvie has been lucky enough to train
with:
the Academy of Fight Directors Canada
the Nordic Stage Fight Society
the Society of American Fight Directors
the Society of Australian Fight Directors
the British Academy of Stage and Screen Combat.
Sylvie has worked with many wonderful theatre companies,
including Affair of Honor, Arts Club Theatre, Firehall Arts Centre, Theatre Inconnu, and many
more.
She has also taught and choreographed shows at multiple schools, including Capilano
University, the University of British Columbia, and Thompson Rivers University.
