A force in the world of stage combat and a storyteller at heart, Mike brings razor-sharp technique, deep industry knowledge, and a fierce commitment to safe, bold physical storytelling.

My Story
Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Mike now calls Vancouver home where he is active in the film, television, and theatre industries as an actor, stunt performer, producer, and instructor.
Mike has the privilege of being able to teach at such institutions as:
UBC
Thompson Rivers University
Studio 58
University of the Fraser Valley
Capilano University (his alma mater).
He has appeared in television shows like Supernatural, Tin Star, Tracker, Wild Cards, The 100, and The Last of Us, and taken part in the creation of AAA video games like the Resident Evil 4 Remake.
A certified Fight Instructor and Fight Director with Fight Directors Canada, Mike has the pleasure of working with theatre companies like:
